New from Neisha Crosland: Luxe Vinyl Tile for Harvey Maria - Remodelista
New from celebrated British textile designer Neisha Crosland: floor tile for UK luxury vinyl tile company Harvey Maria.
The new line, called Check, takes its cues from the classic diamond patterns of period floors.

The tiles are 12 square inches and cost £44.80 ($58.55) per pack of 12, which covers about one square meter (about 12 square feet, at a price of about $5.50 per square foot). Harvey Maria will ship samples for free in the mainland UK, or for a small shipping fee to the US and elsewhere abroad.

The Check pattern comes in four colors: graphite, slate, and flint (three grays, listed from dark to light), plus chamomile, a pale tan.

Vinyl is warmer to the touch than ceramic tile and is suitable for underfloor heating systems.
The chamomile color is a medium yellow-tan.
According to manufacturer Harvey Maria, installing vinyl floor tile is a reasonable DIY to take on at home: Installation requires only spreading adhesive on the subfloor, pressing down the tiles, and cutting any excess vinyl with a sharp knife.
