Material Interiors: A Shoppable Penthouse Pop-Up in New York

The latest in the world of shoppable apartments and restaurants (one of our design trends for 2018)?
“Radnor and Workstead collaborated to create a fully functional interior that responds to the existing details of The Bryant, most notably the distinctive herringbone oak floors, honed terrazzo borders and wall cladding,” reads the brief for the installation.
The pop-up also marks the debut of Radnor’s own in-house furniture and textiles line, Radnor Made, designed in collaboration with Portland, Maine–based furniture maker Adam Rogers and New York City–based Bunn Studio.
Shown here is the Mae Sofa from the collection alongside Egg Collective’s Isla Coffee Table.
In the “dining room,” the Bone Dining Table 02 and Bone Chair 01 by Montreal woodworker Loïc Bard.
An artful home office is fitted with more from the Radnor Made collection: a Mae Desk with a tanned leather top, Mae Shelving, and an upholstered Pillar Dining Chair by Bunn Studio.
New items from Workstead are also on view.
Radnor plans to launch more pop-ups and shoppable installations in the future; stay tuned.
