For the Harvest Table: Splatter-Painted Plates from a Pittsburgh Artisan - Remodelista
Recently in our in-box: ceramics made by potter Francis DeFabo in his home studio in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
(The kitchen photography is by Lexi Ribar who, DeFabo says, “headed out into my garden and returned with arms full of flowers, foliage, and veggies, then scoured my pantry for extras props, including a bottle of homemade wine,”
for lush, harvest-inspired photographs.)

The Wheel-Thrown Splatter Plates come in “variations on a theme”: earthy shades of black, oatmeal, and pewter, dripped imperfectly with splatters.
The plates are microwave- and dishwasher-safe.
