Our annual roundup of favorite pajamas to see us through the season: I’ve been eyeing the classic 100 percent organic percale pajama set from Swedish brand Georg Jensen Damask (we didn’t know they made sleepwear!). They have refined details like cotton piping, interior French seams, a small embroidered logo at the top, and are available in six muted shades. “I’d love a pair of these blockprint cotton Grace pajamas (€150) from Ateliers Scarlette,” Margot says. The 100 percent cotton Pajama Set ($49.90) from Quince is available in white or navy. Some of the prettiest pajamas around can be found at Salter House in Brooklyn and NYC; we especially like the Rose Floral pajama set for $80. Both Margot and Justine are fans of Sleep Domi; shown above, the pullover PJ Shirt in battlefield ($98) with matching PJ Pants ($112). Fan is intrigued by the Mia pajamas ($200) from UK brand Toast, made of soft, textured cotton. “I’ve been wanting a set of old-school long johns I could wear to bed and layer under clothes on cold days,” our Portland, Maine-based editor Annie says. From new-to-us Japanese stealth luxury line Toujours, the crisp cotton pajama set in either white or olive with dark blue piping is available from Plain Goods (the top is $575 and the bottoms are $495). Nell says, “If I could make clothes, I’d sew a pair of these Winnie pajamas in just about any Merchant & Mills fabric.” The Merchant & Mills pattern is $22.50; see the available fabrics here.
