Duparquet Copper: Luxe Cookware from a Rhode Island Artisan - Remodelista
It all started with a flea market discovery in Burgundy, France, according to Jim Hamann of Duparquet, a Rhode Island-based maker of high-end, made-to-order copper cookware.
Soon after, he started East Coast Tinning: “We refurbish copper pots and pans by retinning the cooking surface with the traditional hand-wiped method,” he says.
His more recent venture is Duparquet Copper, a line of luxe copper pots (as well as a sterling silver line for the truly devoted—and price insensitive chef).
