Headed into Thanksgiving week, we’re preparing the kitchen (and the table).
We’re revisiting Into the Wild, Part 2: A Canadian Thanksgiving, one of our all-time favorites.
And we’re still poring over chef David Tanis’s low-tech and beautifully soulful kitchen in the East Village, as well as his new book, David Tanis Market Cooking (captured here in a shaft of light by Julie on the day of the shoot).
