Our home purchase was an extreme project. Upstairs and down consisted of a 20x20 space not connected inside. It took many years of owner/builder time to create our home. Living/dining area is open plan with touches of old and new with finishes from client build castoffs saved over the years.

This entire area started out as a workshop and slowly transformed to a gathering space. This view from the dining area flows into both the kitchen and living space of our 20x20 existing floor plan. The original house blew off its foundation and was hoisted up as the 2nd story on top of a garage slab
