Modern Edwardian Bath Remodel
Our 1908 house in Minneapolis had undergone a dingy 90s bathroom remodel: glass block window, built-in tub and large dark red tile on the floor and tub surround. We gutted the room installed cement floor tiles from Clé with in-floor heat to save space, restored some historically accurate details (claw foot tub, window molding) and added simple modern fixtures. It’s tiny and our only bathroom, but it’s also our favorite space in the house. I found inspiration on Pinterest, Instagram and, probably most importantly, Remodelista.
