A Reform-ed kitchen to make a rental apartment stand out

We're just wrapping up a top-to-toe renovation of a four-story Brooklyn townhouse. For our garden floor rental, we wanted to create a unique and well-designed home that would appeal to a wide range of tenants. The apartment was the most "total gut" of our project. This kitchen didn't exist before.
