1928 Spanish Revival Condo Kitchen Gets a Refresh

The kitchen in this landmark building had been renovated once during a conversion in 1998, but it was small, dark and separate from the adjacent breakfast nook. The challenge was to visually enlarge and brighten the space, connecting it to the nook without changing structural walls.
