A Collector Downsizes for a new but tiny home on a Salt Marsh

Downsizing from my large, 1800's home to this tiny, new construction house right on the salt marshes of Newburyport was quite a challenge, given my years-long love of collecting everything from rocks and shells to flea market treasures and bona fide antiques and art. Extreme editing ensued.
