Inspired by the space helmet, the Tom Dixon Mini Mirror Ball Pendant uses the advanced technology of vacuum metallization to create this perfectly smooth, reflective orb. A thin layer of aluminum is vaporized and sucked to the interior of the polycarbonate sphere via an electrical charge. The bottom is left clear to provide bright and focused downlighting.
