The Frame
We use 100% kiln-dried hardwood to make a solid frame that’ll never twist, warp or crack. Joints are held solid with best-in-class construction techniques including mortise and tenon joinery and corner blocks. Our frames are covered by a lifetime warranty.
The Cushion
Sullivan’s seat and back cushions are filled with a blend of goose down, feathers and fiber for serious melt-in comfort. The high-resiliency cushion core is warrantied to be free from loss of resiliency (no sagging) for five years. Down blend cushions require regular fluffing to maintain a full look (totally worth it, in our book).
The Springs
Sullivan features a foundation of 8-way, hand-tied springs, a time-honored construction method that delivers even and lasting comfort. Each steel coil spring is individually secured in place by a master craftsman specialized in the process. Our spring systems are covered under a lifetime warranty.
