A 1 litre enamel on steel milk pan, with a diameter of approximately 12cm. In the original rosa-pink, with an off-white interior. Enamel – as it does not tarnish, taint, or otherwise affect flavour – has long been the material of choice for warming milk, whether that be for making hot chocolate at the end of a chill winter’s day, custards, and sweet or savoury white sauces.
