The Frame: We use 100% kiln-dried hardwood to make a solid frame that’ll never twist, warp or crack. Joints are held solid with best-in-class construction techniques including mortise and tenon joinery and corner blocks. Our frames are covered by a lifetime warranty.
The Cushion: Ludlow’s seat cushion features a double layer of extra-fine polyester fibers, creating a full look and deep, sink-in comfort. The fibers are siliconized for a smooth feel with zero clumps. The high-resiliency cushion core is warrantied to be free from loss of resiliency (no sagging) for five years.
The Springs: Ludlow is supported by rows of sinuous springs made of heavy gauge, oven tempered steel. We double up springs for extra support at each end (where most of us tend to gravitate!). Our spring systems are covered under a lifetime warranty.
