The Tay is a large double-ended roll top bath. It is designed to give the same space and luxury of our iconic Spey bath, but with an elegant plinth.
Our copper bath, the copper Tay has been wrapped in sheets of pure copper, hand-pressed onto the raw cast iron to give it the same durability of a cast iron bath, but with the look of a traditional copper bath. The copper can be polished and lacquered to retain it’s shine or left unlacquered to allow a natural copper patina to develop as it ages and dulls down.
