Summer Yellow Plain Weave

I grew up on a pecan farm and my dad and I spent a lot of time working together on projects. When I started playing with this bright and sunny yellow, I thought of sitting in the back of his truck and the chewing gum he always had with him. I kept trying to take the design into different directions, but this simple childhood memory kept calling me back and became the starting point for the rest of this collection.

Plain Weave   For nearly twenty years, these simple towels have been the workhorses of my kitchen: drying wine glasses, tomatoes, and hands. And yes, I have been known to mop up spills and scrub my stove with them.

• 60% Egyptian cotton/40% European linen.
• Finished with a handwoven linen hanging loop.
• Approx. 17×24″
