A piping hot pizza, fresh out of the oven, begs to be served up promptly. The Grade 420, high-carbon stainless steel wheel of this cutter features a fine edge that can slice through hearty crusts with gooey melted cheese, or a delicate sheet of fresh homemade pasta. This is thanks to the one-sided taper ground blade – some of the strongest and sharpest due to the fact that the knives are forged out of a single sheet of metal, with a smooth, gradually tapered edge as opposed to a drastic, unstable bevel.
The stainless steel cutter wheel, which is angled to create more leverage as you drive the blade across a pizza, is secured to a brushed aluminum handle to provide all the utility without the weight.
The pizza cutter can also be used to prep homemade pasta or raw cookie dough.
