Gift 2 – Sphere Cylinder Cube
Froiedrich Froebel's Gift 2, including sphere, cylinder, and cube with hanging apparatus, was intended as conceptual bridge between the ball and the wood blocks of the other Building Gifts (3-6). Specifically, this Gift demonstrates the connections between the sphere, cylinder and cube in ways that no other toy or educational material does. Our Gift 2 set contains 2 two-inch cubes, 1 two-inch cylinder and 1 two-inch sphere. Froebel called this Gift “the children's delight.” The stringing beads found in every kindergarten were developed from Froebel's Gift 2. This set is intended for use with adult supervision, and suitable for children 3 years old and up. Includes a slide-top hardwood box. Dimensions: 2″ Ages: 3+ Made in Vietnam
