I am a Santokou Knife. You can say I’m “all-purpose” but truthfully, my main purpose in life is to help others.
Every household needs an all-purpose knife! The Santoku knife is appropriate for all kinds of food preparation and ideal for meat, fish and vegetables. The Ambai cutting knives fit comfortably in the hand and feature high-performance cutting blades made by a renowned stainless steel blade manufacturer in the Gifu prefecture of Japan.
