“Saint Germain” Limited Edition (Rectangular) Chopping Board Tables

A limited edition (50) of the Chopping board tables; two American walnut boards, copper coated hook and table base.

The Saint Germain cutting board series is directly inspired by the kitchen of our Table d’hí´tes restaurant, designed by Roderick Vos. Another combination of contrasting materials and shapes; solid black powder coated aluminum and organically designed wooden chopping boards resulting in a product design the way Roderick Vos prefers them; functionality for the user and simplicity in design. More than just being a chopping board, Saint Germain can easily be hung up on its wall mounted hook or be transformed into a surprising side table to serve Burgundy Gougéres and olives for an all French “apéritif”. The design carries the name of the forest behind the chí¢teau which used to belong to the Abbey of Auxerre before the French revolution.
