The sleek stainless-steel Ratio Six features the same brewing power and precision as the Ratio Eight with a leaner profile and a smaller footprint. One-button operation emulates manual pour-over coffee with deliciously smooth results. Powerful heating element delivers water at optimal brew temperature of 200°F. Bloom cycle allows grinds to settle before delivering remainder of hot water, resulting in more evenly extracted grounds. Unique heat shield completely surrounds showerhead during brewing, increasing extraction of grinds and producing very hot coffee. Contemporary slim profile saves room on countertop. Comes with double-wall stainless-steel thermal carafe and filter basket. Brews up to 40 fl. oz. (eight 5-oz. cups). Water fill lines revised for accuracy based on volume of water poured into tank, instead of volume expected after brewing.
