Cast iron dutch ovens by Sculptor Gay Outlaw and woodworker Bob Schmitz. Choose from round or squared bottom. Both pots hold 3 quarts.
Pots come lightly oiled with canola oil and requires pre-seasoning by heating for three hours in an oven before use. Learn more about seasoning cast iron here. Made in Oakland using 99% recycled iron by AB&I foundry, making cast iron in the SF Bay area for 100 years.
