Built from a one of a kind, extremely rare piece of wood that was recovered from an 18th Century Japanese home. The top is made from a single keyaki (Japanese red elm) floorboard of the tokonoma room, where items for artistic appreciation are displayed. It features a 300yr old repair patch in the top.
