We love wood and grew up using wooden plates just like these for everything from chopping the vegetables to serving crab. It’s not so easy to find Irish made ones these days, so we’re thrilled to have found Tony Farrell a very talented and passionate wood turner from Cork who was as excited as us to produce them. All the plates are hand turned using native Irish Ash and finished with an oil to gently seal. The oil will protect the plates while allowing them wear naturally over time.
