This pastry tool kit is designed by Lovisa Wattman for time honoured company Iris Hantverk.
The collection features three wood tools:
- A Pastry brush with a birch wood handle and horsehair bristles.
- A baker brush for sweeping flour.
- And a Dough scraper.
All of the brushes are 15cm in length.
Each brush is handmade in Sweden by visually impaired artisans. The bristles are all bound by hand with wire, and not with adhesives, which gives the brush their long lifespan.
