These extremely fluid colors contain super-fine pigments suspended in a state-of-the-art emulsion. Quick-drying, permanent, water-resistant, and non-clogging, they’re ideal for a variety of techniques.Use for watercolor effects, color blocking, and under-painting. Since they don’t require dilution, they’re also ideal for airbrushing, calligraphy, and stamping.
