Architect Mogens Lassen was commissioned to design the interior for a restaurant in Denmark and hence, the Kubus candleholder was born. It is very much the Danish tradition to gather around a dinner table lit by candles – what in Danish is called ‘hygge’, a lovely cozy atmosphere that inspires good conversation.
Black base can be purchased additionally as option for Kubus 4 to protect surfaces from dripping candle wax. Base beautifully frames the candleholders and emphasizes the simple design.
