The Pallares family has been making knives in Solsona Spain since 1917. This is an easy go to knife in any kitchen. As well as being beautiful the medium size, petal shaped blade makes it practical for general daily use.
Care; Make sure to dry the blade after every use. Regardless, it will develop a beautiful patina over time which is considered an attribute.
