The 9’x13′ Kithaus K3 and the 11’x17′ Kithaus K4 with optional kitchen and bath. Kithaus redefines conventional prefab with its proprietary construction system* that makes installation quick, economic and practically waste-free. This fully insulated, pre-wired space can tuck into any area, even remote locations, without needing ultra-heavy equipment. All of the lightweight, anodized aluminum pieces are pre-cut and drilled in Southern California and shipped to you for on-site assembly. Installation takes only a few days, and Kithaus is built with eco-friendly components.
