The Gourmet Pasta Press attachment works with any household KitchenAid stand mixer, including the Artisan Series tilt-head mixer and Professional Series 600 bowl-lift mixer. It comes with a pasta press, a dough pusher, 6 interchangeable pasta discs (spaghetti, bucatini, rigatoni, fusilli, large macaroni, and small macaroni), and a stainless steel cleaning tool.
