The IH donabe renews the traditional Japanese clay pot with a modern design. It comes with a steam plate, making it suitable for steaming as well as simmering and stewing. It can be used on gas, induction, or halogen cooktops.

DETAILS
High heat-resistant ceramic. [Lid, Steam plate] Ceramic. 100V and 200V induction heater, direct fire, halogen heater, ceramic hob, microwave, and oven safe. Wash with care. Do not use abrasive cleansers or steel wool. Immediately wash and dry well after use, and keep dry when not in use. If the pot becomes burnt, boil water in the pot, add 1 tablespoon of baking soda and simmer in low heat for 2-3 minutes, let it cool down and rub with a melamine sponge.
