Designed by the late van severen for vitra shortly before his death, the kast portrays the minimalist elegance that is so prevalent in his work. Notable in this construction is a tremendous variety of color and materials. The base is a simple sideboard variation with additional buildouts provided by simple wooden crates.
Construction: adjustable tubular steel legs, extruded anodized aluminum shelves with side wall of mdf. Lacquered pine laminate and sliding doors in a number of colors of powder coated aluminum (colors of doors may vary).
