This stainless steel pair of classic Italian kitchen scissors, recently featured in Bloomberg Businessweek magazine and the Wall Street Journal, are handmade by Fennek (Italian for “Fox”) a little-known, but highly respected Premanese scissormaking shop. Featuring a bone notch in the forward blade, as well as deep serrations for firm grip and stability while cutting, this form is amongst our most popular. Lightweight and multi-purpose (note the bottle opener and cracker functions between the handles). Options include break-apart blades for easy cleaning or fixed blades for more varied uses.
