Product Information
Prepare to make homemade pasta that any Italian grandmother would be proud of. All you need is flour, egg, and our Italian Chitarra Pasta Cutter – the pasta-making essential.
Made of natural wood and strung like a guitar, the Chitarra (pronounced key-tahr-rah) was invented in the 1800s from Chieti, Italy to make long strings of pasta the old-fashioned way. Equipped with iron strings, these are each spaced equally on both sides but with different thickness and a slanted center that allows the various kinds of pasta to slide off easily.
