These metal baskets have been made in Sweden using traditional methods since 1922. In the old days they were used by farmers, fishermen or anyone who needed sturdy carrying and storage that could withstand weather, wind, wear and tear. Each basket is handmade from a single wire with no welding required, making them extra durable with no parts to physically come apart. They are fantastic for modern day needs such as Laundry baskets, recycling, fire wood, planting (with special liner bags available) and toy storage. They are made from Galvanized steel which prevents them from rusting and will over time develop a lovely matt patina.
