Portugal has a long and illustrious history of weaving cotton blankets. Unfortunately, in recent years, Portugal has developed a reputation for lower quality due to the demands from a global market to produce a product for a lesser price.
In our case, we took no short cuts and produced a blanket that is beautiful, durable and 100% cotton. They are also washable. These blankets will not snag nor will they lose shape. They are so lovely, they can be used as a coverlet or spread. Their yarns are woven in white and natural The color combination will blend with most other things.
