One of our finest pieces of glassware in the shop is this tea pot made by the Japanese craftsmen at Hirota in Japan.
The glass is heat-resistant, so it’s perfect for making tea but could also be used to serve cold drinks, traditionally in Japan they use it for sake.
Overall it’s one of the most beautiful teapots I’ve seen in my lifetime and will no doubt be cherished by the user. Perfect in weight, construction, form and function, this one has it all!
