Lovely pair of oak and cane round chairs by Hans J. Wegner. Model JH 501. The chairs have been meticulously restored, with new caning and a hand-rubbed oil finish. They maintain their exquisite 1950s patina and are in excellent condition. The oak’s richness and depth—some might say soul—is unequaled today. Designed by Wegner in 1949 and crafted by cabinetmaker Johannes Hansen. Markers’ marks present.
