Hand carved wooden half cup measure measuring spoon kitchen utensil of Cherry.
This is a handmade wooden half cup measuring spoon. I make these with the same style of handle as our tadpole coffee scoop with a dimple on top for your thumb. My wife calls it a worry stone handle because it feels good to hold. It is 6 inches long and 3 1/4 inch wide. I calibrate them by the weight of sugar. 100 Grams equals 1/2 cup. These are made to order. They are available in Cherry (shown above), Walnut, Maple, Sycamore and Myrtle. Below is a link to the same spoon in Walnut wood.
