Hako is part of the Soji collection of containers produced by Unomatudo and designed by Mute. Hako is made from Castor Aralia wood coated with urethane. It is manufactured using traditional wood lathing methods of Yamanaka lacquerware and designed to exhibit the beautiful natural grain of the wood which matches nicely with the solid hue of the brown cover. Hako is a perfect container for small items like candy or jewelry. Hako is practical and can also be used as beautiful home decor.
