Smaller than a sofa, but bigger than a bench, the Goddard daybed functions as both when needed. It takes it’s form from 1950s French industrial design, maintaining a sense of lightness and geometry. With a removable bolster and powder-coated steel legs, its simplicity and functionality make it household essential that will withstand years of heavy use.
Materials
FSC certified wood frame construction with sinuous spring suspension. High density foam wrapped seat and bolster pillow. The bench rests powder coated steel legs.
Michael Felix only uses high quality full top-grain leather which is naked or lightly finished. It reveals its natural markings such as grain texture and wrinkles.
