The Georg Collection (2013) is the work of Christina Liljenberg Halstrí¸m, a Nordic designer who studied in Sweden and Denmark. Operating from her studio in Copenhagen, Halstrí¸m takes a minimalist approach to maximizing functionality. She also believes in celebrating the natural beauty of materials, so she chose not to treat the wood in this collection. Being raw oak, the wood will change color over time and is not protected from stains. If a more finished surface is desired, Halstrí¸m recommends soaping the wood. Measuring just under 13 inches deep, the Georg Console Table (2013) fits anywhere and can be used as an entryway table, small desk, vanity, dining nook or any other tabletop solution. Metal wall-mounting brackets included; installation not included with White Glove delivery. The Georg Stool (2013) was honored with a 2014 Red Dot award. Cushion included. Made in Denmark.

Materials : FSC-certified solid raw oak; STOOL, wool-blend cushion (93% wool, 7% polyamide) with leather strap.
