Designer Masanori Oji’s collaboration with one of Japans oldest metalware manufacturers, Futagami, has produced a unique and elegant series of products.A collection of cutlery that elevates mundane utensils into works of art. This cutlery is made from a foundation of sandcast brass, which has been specially developed to be lead free. The head of the cultery has been coated in silver, which doesn’t leave a metallic taste, and has antibacterial properties. The cutlery must be hand washed, but will develop a beautiful patina with age. We do not reccomend polishing, but a shine can be achieved with the use of brass or silver cleaning products.
