Framed Kuba Cloth
The Kuba people of the Democratic Republic of the Congo weave strips of raffia cloth (woven fibers from the raffia-palm leaves) to drape around themselves at celebrations. We have taken these vintage, coarsely textured cloths and framed them between glass. They make an amazing piece of wall art. Each will vary in size, pattern, and color. .
