The capuchadou was made by local toolmakers and were used for everything; from cutting wood to cutting bread. As a souvenir to those days and to pay homage to the region, Forge de Laguiole has created two variations of the capuchadou. This set has been handmade from start to finish and each knife features beautiful beech or ash wood handles. With brass ring detail and forged stainless steel blades they also each feature the Forge logo engraved onto the blade.
