This contract-grade item is manufactured to meet the demands of commercial use in addition to residential. Kiln-dried solid pine and engineered wood frame with reinforced joinery. Power Recliners are positioned so as to not collide with other sectional pieces when reclined. Single and Power Recliner feature a pop-up, ratcheted headrest that adjusts to variable positions. Single and Corner are stationary. Sleeper Sofa features loose, non-reversible cushions with zip-off covers. Sleeper Sofa pulls up and out via handle to reveal a Full-sized pocket spring & foam mattress with a fall-away crossbar and metal retainers. Storage Arm lifts up to reveal hidden storage space & USB port and can be positioned on the left or right. Storage Chaise lifts up to reveal hidden storage space. Storage Chaise has a pop-up, ratcheted headrest that adjusts to variable positions.
