Hand made in England from bulrushes harvested along the rivers Ouse, Nene and Avon and then spread over local stubble fields to dry. Thick, soft and wholly natural: with the scent of new cut hay.
These placemats are hand woven in Bedfordshire from locally-harvested English Bulrush. Bulrush is a natural product and when it dries natural shades emerge which will give subtle variations in colour between each mat. These mats can be easily cleaned by wiping with a damp cloth.
