Description from Santa Maria Novella
Elisir di Rose is a liqueur typical of the nineteenth-century tradition, based on rose syrup: what we use for our Elixir is prepared in the surroundings of Florence, in a small organic farm. The rose used was once called “rose garden” because it was planted as a border of the garden, or “rose maggese” because it blooms only once in May. It is pleasant to flavor fruit salads, sorbets, ice cream, hot and cold tea. Excellent as an aperitif served with fresh white wine, preferably dry, with sparkling wine or rum.
Alcohol content 20% vol.
