THE DESIGN
Simple and modern, our smocks are narrow at chest and back with exposed sides and large pockets at hips. It’s entirely designed for practicality and effortless style. The pockets are large enough to carry phone, wallet, keys and more. It’s pretty much the perfect piece for freedom-craving, pocket lovers.Our sizing has changed.
THE CLOTH
This version will be sewn from 10oz. 100% cotton denim, a perfect weight for our live/work smocks.
WHO SEWS IT?
All GDS goods are currently designed, cut and sewn in our studio in Oakland by our founder and a few highly-skilled contracted sewers who are paid well above minimum wage for their work. With hand-finished seams and some tricky sewing, our smocks look as beautiful inside as they do on the outside.

The pre-order period is now open and runs thru May 16. Denim Smocks will ship end of May.
